Where are you based, and can I come in to try on dresses in person?
Adored Again is based in Mt Wellington, Auckland, New Zealand, where our office and warehouse are located. While we strive to keep our costs low to make our dresses more affordable, we generally do not offer in-person fitting services. To make your shopping experience as seamless and risk-free as possible, we offer an easy online purchasing process. We understand that buying a wedding dress online can feel like a big decision, so we provide a 7-day full refund policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund, giving you complete peace of mind. If the price is so affordable, is the quality compromised in any way?

What happens if I order the dress and it doesn’t fit properly?

You can return the dress within this period, no questions asked, and receive a full refund. Why do some dresses seem to be ‘On Arrival’ or "In Transit"?
To keep our prices low, we optimize our stock management through technology, which helps us move dresses quickly and efficiently. Sometimes this means that certain gowns are marked “on arrival”—this simply indicates that we’re managing our stock to avoid high warehousing costs. Our approach allows us to maintain affordability while keeping the latest styles available, and it doesn’t affect the quality or price of your gown. Every dress that reaches you meets our high standards, whether it’s from current stock or “on arrival.”
