Shipping Policy

Processing Times & Production

  • In-Stock Gowns:
    Once your order is placed, we take 3–5 business days to inspect, package, and prepare your dress for shipping.

  • "On Arrival" Gowns:
    These gowns are in transit from our trusted overseas bridal suppliers. Please allow 15–30 working days for these gowns to arrive in New Zealand. Once received, we conduct a thorough quality inspection and then ship the gown within an additional 3–5 business days.

  • Made-to-Order & Tailored Made Gowns:
    For gowns that are made-to-order (including those built to our standard sizing) and especially for Tailored Made dresses (which include additional custom alterations such as hemming, waistline modifications, or other personalized adjustments), production typically takes about 2–3 months from the confirmation of your order. This timeframe includes manufacturing, any custom tailoring adjustments, and a comprehensive quality inspection before shipment. Once completed and approved, your gown will be shipped within 3–5 business days.

Shipping Times

  • Domestic (New Zealand):

    • In-Stock Gowns: Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after processing.

    • "On Arrival" Gowns: Delivery occurs after inspection, so the overall time will include transit and inspection delays.

    • Made-to-Order & Tailored Made Gowns: These follow the production timeline (2–3 months) plus a shipping window of 3–5 business days after quality inspection.

  • International:
    Once the gown is ready to ship (whether in-stock, on arrival, or made-to-order), international orders may take 7–14 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Domestic (New Zealand):

    • We offer free shipping within New Zealand for orders over $900.

    • For orders under $900, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

    • Occasionally, we run promotions offering free shipping on all orders – please look out for these special offers!

  • International:
    Shipping fees vary based on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order & Damaged Packages

  • Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your dress’s journey to your doorstep.

  • Important: If your package is damaged upon receipt, please notify us immediately at hello@adoredagain.co.nz so we can promptly address the issue.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you wish to exchange your gown for a different style or size, please follow our return process (as outlined in our Refund Policy) and place a new order for the desired dress.
